The arenacross season is in full swing this month and the Future West series has quite a few heavy hitters lined up. This past weekend the series pulled into the Armstrong Agriplex in Armstrong, BC on October 21/22. Some of our pro athletes came out to join in the action in the Pro Am Lites and the Open Pro classes. James Lissimore sent some images from Armstrong for us to share.

Cycle Norths new recruit, Davey Fraser made the long journey from the east coast to give the series a go.

Keylan Meston sporting his new, well earned #8 national number.

Fraser had a rough go on day one, sitting out after a nasty get off. He came back to reprieve himself on day two.

Meston had a great start to the series with a 6th in Pro AM Lites and a 5th in Open Pro.

Coming back strong on the second night, Fraser finished Round 1/2 with 7th in the Pro AM Lites and 14th in the Open Pro class.

Meston had a few aggressive moves on the tight track and tangled with reigning champ, Ross Johnson.

Nobody could touch Prince George, BC native, Jess Pettis.

Fist pump over the finish line for Pettis who went 4 on 4 for the the weekend.

Victory circle, Pettis taking his moment of glory this weekend.

Pettis pulls off the start and doesnt look back. He had his starts nailed and this was key for the tight Armstrong track.

Thats a wrap for round 1/2. Lets see what round 3 has in store for our guys. Congrats Jess!
