Are we having fun yet? Its safe to say that Shawn Maffenbeier is! With the points chase now narrowed to just 2 separating him with Cole Thompson, its anybodys game now. This past weekend we saw a track that is new on the circuit due to some environmental and perhaps political issues, the favourite of many Ulverton track was removed from the series opening the door for Notre Dame du Bon Conseil. Heres a look at some of the action that went down in Quebec.
Julia Krzemien had a solid weekend in Quebec with a 5-7 to give her 6th overall.
With commitments to other races we may not see Julia lining up for all of the womens rounds.
Kennedy Lutz really enjoyed riding the rough track at Notre Dame du Bon Conseil.
Local Chicoutimi, QC rider Sarah Kim Villeneuve went 7-8 for an impressive 7th overall.

All smiles on the podium. Lutz holds high the big #1.

#7 would go 7-7 for 7th overall.
Ready to take things east.
We knew results would definitely improve for Davey Fraser as things head east and we werent wrong about that.
Kicking it up a notch. Davey Fraser pushed himself hard for a 9-9 to give him a very impressive 7th overall.
The other guy who is giving it all hes got is Hayden Halstead.
Halstead is on the throttle and proving hes a top 10 guy. A nasty get off in moto 2 set back Hayden to where he was hoping to be.
Halstead would go 7-14 to give him 10th for the day.
Jx2. The Ontario contingent, Jason Burke and Jamie Hajgato.
Jay Burke took 25th OA after having a DNA in moto 2.
PA native Mike Fowler went 24-15 for 20th overall.
